The conference Hotel is the Paphos Amathus hotel (http://www.pamathus.com)
where a contingent of rooms has been reserved under very advantageous conditions:

Double room 90 CYP
These rooms can be booked directly in the
registration form
Other Accommodation
Alternative accommodation can be provided if desired. Please write this in the "Additional Notes" field of the registration form (please make sure that you have given your e-mail address!)
Visa
Please check in advance the need of entry visa if you are not a EU citizen. You may need to obtain it in advance, in your country. Particularly in this case, make sure that you provide your arrival time and flight number on the registration form (link) also if you DO NOT book the airport transfer. It is important for the local organizers to know, in case of delays or should you need assistance.
Airport Transfer and Local Transportation
There is no convenient public transportation between Airport and hotels. Alternative to the transfer proposed in the Registration section, you can hire a car
It is wise to arrange this in advance. Please write this in the "Additional Notes" field of the Registration Form (please make sure that you have given your e-mail address!), to get a good arrangement. Someone will wait for you at the exit of customs, and you will leave with little formalities.
Note that traffic drives left, like in the UK, and that manual gear changing is common also on rental cars.
